Planning Six Flags Great Adventure, the short version
Height rules ladder from a 36 inch companion tier in the kids areas to a 48 inch wall that opens Jersey Devil, THE JOKER, and the Hurricane Harbor slides, then 54 for Nitro and BATMAN. WONDER WOMAN Lasso of Truth sits at 52 and caps riders at 80 inches, and the 48 wall includes El Toro and Jersey Devil.
Tickets and hours sit with the official Six Flags Great Adventure site. Check ride fit first, then plan around the coaster loop and the safari.
For younger kids
Planet Snoopy leads the day
The kids area carries a deep set of rides in the 36 inch band, many with a taller companion option, and several with maximum height caps that only apply to adults. The height checker sorts all of it by your child’s exact height.
For coaster days
The 48 to 54 inch ladder
The Beast, Mystic Timbers, and The Racer open at 48 inches, Banshee and Delirium at 52, and Diamondback, Orion, Flight of Fear, and Invertigo wait at 54. The checker shows exactly which step your rider is on.
Soak City included
Two parks in one gate
Soak City water park is included with admission and has its own height rules, from 36 inch kid slides to 48 inch thrill slides. Those rules are inside the same height checker.
About this hub: Six Flags Great Adventure pages roll out in stages. Height requirements are live first; park hours, the park map, and the crowd calendar are in production. Operating details change seasonally, so verify visit day specifics on the official Six Flags Great Adventure site.
