Transavia Summer 2027: Book New Routes From September 16

Transavia opens the rest of its summer 2027 flight schedule for booking on September 16, including new Amsterdam options for Murcia and Pula and the return of Reus. The change also comes with a departure-airport switch: travelers looking for Trieste will need to search Amsterdam instead of Rotterdam for the coming summer.

The September 10 announcement gives travelers a specific date to compare the expanded inventory, not a promise that the opening price will be the lowest. Deep Arrival’s airline coverage follows these route changes; for this release, the useful comparison is the combination of destination, departure airport, available dates, and final ticket cost.

At a Glance
  • Sales date: September 16, 2026, for the remaining summer 2027 inventory.
  • Amsterdam additions: Murcia and Pula, plus returning Reus.
  • Airport switch: Trieste moves from Rotterdam to Amsterdam.
  • Brussels: Heraklion, Thessaloniki, and Ponta Delgada join the summer offering.
  • Not yet specified: Exact operating dates, flight times, and prices for every new route.

September 16 Is a Booking Date, Not the Flight Launch

Transavia’s official announcement says part of next summer’s schedule was already available and that the remaining capacity opens on September 16. Travelers who have already found a summer flight therefore do not need to assume it was listed in error, while those missing a new route have a date to check again.

The notice does not give a sale-opening time or a route-by-route first departure calendar. That leaves two separate decisions: when to search for tickets and whether the eventual flight dates fit the trip, particularly for travelers trying to match school holidays, a fixed hotel booking, or a cruise departure.

Trieste Moves, While Pula Gains an Airport Option

Luchtvaartnieuws reports the Amsterdam additions and September 16 sales date, while distinguishing the two airport changes. Pula remains an option from Rotterdam and gains Amsterdam service, whereas Trieste shifts from Rotterdam to Amsterdam rather than simply adding a second Dutch departure point.

For someone who usually flies from Rotterdam, that distinction changes the search. Compare the journey to Schiphol with the available alternatives before treating the Trieste route as a like-for-like replacement, because the airport transfer and flight schedule can matter as much as the fare for a short stay.

Pula travelers have a different opportunity: compare both departure airports when their dates become available. The extra origin does not by itself establish a daily service or a convenient return flight, so test the complete round trip rather than assuming that another airport automatically produces a better weekend schedule.

Reus Returns, but It Is Not a First-Time Destination

The independent report adds that Transavia first introduced Reus in 2005 before later removing it from the network. This summer’s change is a return, alongside the announced Murcia addition, rather than evidence that all of the Spanish destinations are entirely new to the airline.

For the booking comparison, keep the arrival airport visible alongside the hotel address instead of searching only a broad holiday region. A flight to one regional airport is not automatically interchangeable with another nearby gateway once the ground journey, rental-car pickup, and return departure time are added to the plan.

Brussels Expands, and Eindhoven Needs Separate Attention

The airline’s original Dutch notice confirms the Brussels additions and says Porto continues into summer four times weekly after its winter introduction. Those Brussels changes had been announced previously; the immediate September news is the remaining summer inventory becoming available to book, not that every route in the release is newly revealed.

The same notice flags Eindhoven’s planned temporary closure through July 18, 2027, with much of its flying moved to Maastricht Aachen and Weeze during that period. It does not provide a complete route allocation in this release, so travelers should read the actual departure airport on the selected flight rather than assuming every Eindhoven route moves to the same substitute airport.

That airport check is especially important before arranging a parking reservation or a nonrefundable airport hotel. The announcement does not establish that an alternative airport transfer is included with a ticket, and a regional search result should not be treated as a guarantee that the flight departs from the airport originally intended.

Decision Matrix
Your trip Booking check
Summer 2027 on a new route Check September 16, then confirm the actual first and last flight dates.
Trieste from the Netherlands Search Amsterdam and account for the changed ground journey.
Pula with flexible departure airport Compare complete Amsterdam and Rotterdam return schedules.
Eindhoven during the closure period Verify whether the selected flight uses Maastricht Aachen or Weeze.
Planning Impact

The useful deadline is a sales opening. September 16 is the next date to compare the newly released inventory, not a stated last chance to book.

No introductory fare is confirmed in this notice. Compare the final cost with the baggage, seating, and ticket conditions actually selected.
