Hilton said on September 10, 2026, that Naples Grande Beach Resort will join Signia Hilton as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, and that reservations are now live on Hilton.com for stays beginning January 1, 2027. The Hilton Stories release frames the 474-room Gulf Coast property, including 50 villas, as the brand’s first hotel on Florida’s Gulf Coast after a resort-wide renovation.

The traveler decision is whether to book a January 2027 reopening stay now, wait for more room photos, or keep a 2026 reservation that the operator says it is already reworking. The Resort Stays Closed Through December 31

Overnight rooms at the main resort are unavailable from April 1 to December 31, 2026. Arrivals beginning January 1, 2027, including group bookings, are now being accepted. Guests holding dates inside the closure are supposed to hear from the resort or their third-party seller about rebooking or cancellation.

Rhode’s End Restaurant, Clam Pass Beach and tram services, and the Naples Tennis Academy remain open. That is not a backdoor overnight stay. Guest rooms, meeting spaces, and core resort facilities stay closed until the January 2027 return. Several operator packages start on January 13, which matches the Hilton.com calendar even though reopen copy still says January 1.

Hilton Honors members who book direct get the member discount, free standard Wi-Fi, and the option to mix points and cash. The extra 5,000 points for three-night stays from January 15 to July 15, 2027, is a launch bonus. Florida Signia Context for a Gulf Coast Stay
