How Much Does the New Private Suites DFW Terminal Cost?

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport terminal, aircraft wing, and control tower from the airfield

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport confirmed on September 15, 2026, that Private Suites opened a dedicated private terminal at DFW. The operator, which brands the site as PS DFW, says the facility at 1816 N 24th Ave, Suite 200, is officially open for commercial arrivals and departures, with private or semi-private TSA screening and airfield transfer to the aircraft door.

The traveler decision is whether $1,295 per person for The Salon, or $4,950 for a Private Suite holding up to four people, is worth skipping the public terminal. Compare that to a standard DFW connection using the DFW versus Dallas Love Field airport guide before you book, because PS does not replace a boarding pass or change which commercial flight you fly.

PS DFW Sits Off the Public Terminal Loop

DFW’s September 15 newsroom note names Private Suites as a dedicated private terminal with private and semi-private TSA and Customs processing, luxury lounge and suite space, and transportation across the airfield to and from commercial aircraft. That is an airport authority naming the operator and the exact product, not a rumor from a lounge roundup.

The operator’s DFW page matches that description and adds the street address on North 24th Avenue. Guests still fly a scheduled airline. The product is a back-door terminal, screening, and airfield transfer, not a private jet.

The same company already runs PS at Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Miami. Deep Arrival covered the PS LAX $1,295 Salon price earlier this month, so DFW is an expansion of a priced product travelers can already compare, not a one-off experiment.

What the Salon and Private Suite Cost

The operator’s pricing page lists per-use rates by membership type, and it charges each connection per leg, meaning both plane pickup and plane drop-off. A 25 percent discount applies off the total when both ends of a trip have PS locations. Taxes and fees are extra.

The Salon, a shared club-style room for solo travelers or small groups, is $1,295 per person with no membership, $995 with Salon membership, and $895 with All Access. Guests must be 21 or older to use The Salon. Shared airfield transfer, private or semi-private TSA and Customs at PS, and complimentary cocktails and chef-prepared meals in the social room are included.

A Private Suite is priced for up to four travelers: $4,950 with no membership or Salon membership, and $3,650 with All Access. That product adds a private BMW chauffeur to and from the aircraft, a day bed, entertainment, a pantry, a private restroom, and a setting the operator says is suitable for children and pets. Spa extras are complimentary for All Access suite bookings and a la carte otherwise.

Valet parking is $90 per night for nonmembers on departure reservations. All Access members can get up to 30 complimentary nights on a suite booking and two nights on a Salon booking. Salon members get two complimentary valet nights on Salon bookings. None of those rates buy a seat on an airline. You still need a confirmed commercial ticket.

Where Check-In Happens on Departure and Arrival

On departure, the operator says guests arrive at the PS terminal, use the dedicated team, clear TSA at PS, then ride across the airfield to the aircraft door. On arrival, staff greet guests at the aircraft, chauffeur them to the private terminal, handle Customs and Immigration when it applies, and then release them from PS instead of the public arrivals hall.

The DFW page lists The Salon with semi-private TSA, Customs, and shared airfield transport, and the Private Suite with fully private TSA and Customs plus the BMW transfer. Complimentary valet parking and a car wash are All Access member perks on the DFW suite product. Spa showers and spa services are listed for All Access and Salon members on that page.

Reservations run through the operator’s booking site, and nonmembers sit on a waitlist while members get priority. The operator says annual membership is not required. If you are connecting onward into Dallas, the Dallas things to do guide is the planning page after you leave the airport, not a substitute for the PS reservation.

Membership Changes the Rate, Not the Need to Reserve

All Access membership is $4,850 a year and cuts Salon and suite rates, adds priority reservations, a preferred cancellation policy, and access to PS Direct where that product exists. Salon membership is $1,250 a year and cuts only The Salon rate, with priority for Salon and PS Direct reservations.

PS Direct, the chauffeur from the aircraft door to a home or hotel within 35 miles, is not a DFW product. The operator limits it to domestic arrivals between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. at LAX and Atlanta. Do not budget a DFW arrival as a door-to-door transfer.

Members also get a 25 percent dual-service discount when both origin and destination have PS locations. With DFW now open alongside LAX, Atlanta, and Miami, a Texas to California or Texas to Florida itinerary can stack that discount. Paris is listed as coming in 2027 and is not a current PS location.

Airline Lounges at DFW Remain a Separate Decision

The same DFW newsroom note that confirmed Private Suites also restated the airport’s broader lounge map: more than 20 lounges and premium spaces, a growing Chase Sapphire Lounge, Plaza Premium rooms, an expanding American Express Centurion Lounge, and American Airlines Admirals Club and Flagship rooms. Those products still sit inside the public terminals and still require the usual card, status, or day-pass rules.

American’s Flagship check-in in Terminal D, private TSA-adjacent processing for eligible customers, is a different stream from PS. Flagship check-in keeps you in the American system. PS is an off-terminal operator with its own reservation and per-leg bill. Do not assume a Flagship or Admirals Club credential walks you into PS DFW.

DFW’s Skylink still connects the public terminals airside, which matters if you skip PS and use an airline lounge instead. PS is useful when you want to avoid that campus. It is expensive when a lounge you already pay for sits on your concourse.

Decision Matrix
If you… What to do
Want to skip DFW’s public TSA line and can spend $1,295 Book The Salon per person, per leg, and be 21 or older.
Are traveling with children, pets, or a group of up to four Book a Private Suite at $4,950, or $3,650 with All Access.
Already hold airline status or a lounge card at DFW Price PS against the lounge you can enter for $0 extra before paying.
Need a chauffeur from the aircraft to a Dallas hotel Do not expect PS Direct. That product is LAX and Atlanta only.
Fly a connecting trip that also uses LAX, Atlanta, or Miami Ask the operator to apply the 25 percent dual-service discount.
Planning Impact

September 15, 2026, is the airport confirmation date. Treat PS DFW as open for booking now, then reconfirm the reservation 24 hours out because the operator still uses waitlist inventory for nonmembers.

Per-leg billing is the cost trap. A round trip with pickup and drop-off at DFW is two charges. Budget $2,590 for two Salon legs before membership discounts.

PS Direct is not coming with the DFW opening. Arrange a regular car from 1816 N 24th Ave, or from the public terminal if you skip PS.

Frequently Asked

Is the Private Suites DFW terminal open now?

Yes. DFW Airport confirmed the dedicated private terminal on September 15, 2026, and the operator’s DFW page says PS DFW is officially open at 1816 N 24th Ave, Suite 200.

How much does Private Suites cost at DFW?

The Salon is $1,295 per person per leg with no membership. A Private Suite is $4,950 for up to four travelers, or $3,650 with All Access membership. Taxes and fees are extra.

Does Private Suites replace TSA at DFW?

No. Guests still clear TSA, and international arrivals still clear Customs. Screening happens at the PS terminal instead of the public checkpoint, then a vehicle takes you across the airfield to or from the aircraft.

Do I need a membership to use PS DFW?

No. The operator says membership is optional. Nonmembers pay the highest per-use rate and sit on a waitlist. Salon membership is $1,250 a year and All Access is $4,850 a year.

Can I get a ride from my DFW aircraft to my hotel through PS?

Not as PS Direct. That door-to-home product is listed only at LAX and Atlanta for domestic arrivals between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. At DFW you finish at the PS terminal and arrange your own ground transport.

Where is the PS DFW terminal?

The operator lists 1816 N 24th Ave, Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75261. It is a private terminal away from DFW’s public terminal loop, not a room inside Terminal D or Terminal C.
