Those are property facts on the booking site, not a promise that every outlet will be serving on the first night. Confirm dining hours after you have a reservation, not from a brochure photo.
Hilton Honors members see the usual collection of tools on the same page: a Honors discount rate, points toward free nights, Choose Your Room, Digital Check-In, Digital Key, and Honors Experiences. Treat Digital Key and elite extras as live only if they still appear on your reservation after you book.
Pets are allowed for a $50 daily fee per medium pet, with a water bowl and dog bed listed as amenities. Smoking rooms are not available.
Breakfast is continental and sold for a fee. Complimentary valet parking is the parking path. Self-parking and EV charging are listed as not available.
Why this date matters in La Paz
La Paz is not Cabo. The hotel sits on the malecón, about 12 kilometers from General Manuel Márquez de León International Airport, and about 188 kilometers from Los Cabos. Hilton lists no airport shuttle on either route.
Plan the transfer yourself. A La Paz arrival is a short taxi or rental-car hop. A Cabo arrival is a three-hour-plus drive unless you buy a private transfer in advance.
Hilton signed two Tapestry Collection hotels in Baja California in a November 2023 development release. That older note talked about expected openings. The current traveler fact is narrower: this address is now a live booking window starting November 16, 2026.
Do not mix that window with older trade listings that once pointed at a 2025 reopen. The official Hilton dates on the property page are the ones that can take your card.
Whale-shark season and Espíritu Santo boat days are the usual reasons people pick downtown La Paz over a resort strip. The hotel’s own copy says the Whale Shark Encounter and other tours sit next door. That is location, not a bundled ticket.
The malecón address also changes the last mile for cruise passengers. Pichilingue is the cruise dock. Downtown is a separate taxi ride, and this hotel is useful only if you want a night on the promenade instead of a ship-day loop back to the terminal.
How to book without guessing the perks
Open the Hilton page, set November 16, 2026 or later, and compare a cash rate against a Honors award night if your account can see one. If no award inventory appears, the hotel can still be a cash stay that earns points. It is not automatically a free-night dump.
Check the cancellation box before you pay. Hilton’s hotel-info page lists cancellation and payment policies as separate modules. A prepaid Honors rate can be stricter than a flexible cash rate.
If you need connecting rooms, Hilton currently says confirmed connecting rooms are not available. Cribs, a kids menu, and childcare are listed as available. That split matters for families who assumed Tapestry would behave like a full-service resort with guaranteed adjoining rooms.
Call the property if a crib or a pet stay is load-bearing. The published $50 pet fee and the childcare line are useful, but a November first-week stay can still hit a staffing or inventory limit that the marketing page does not show.

What is still unknown
Hilton has not posted a public grand-opening ceremony or a first-night amenity list on the property page. November 16 is a reservation start, not proof that every restaurant, the spa, and Digital Key will all work that afternoon.
Honors elite benefits on Tapestry Collection hotels vary by stay and by the live terms on your confirmation. Do not plan a free breakfast or a suite upgrade from a generic Hilton chart.
Rates will move. A November 16 stay booked in August can look cheaper than the same dates booked in October. Recheck the page if your dates are flexible inside late November.
The 2023 signing mentioned two Baja Tapestry hotels. This story is only Perla La Paz. A second Baja Tapestry remains a different address and a different booking page.
If you need Los Cabos beaches more than the malecón, this is the wrong town. Stay in Cabo or San José del Cabo instead of adding a three-hour transfer to collect Hilton points.
