NoMad Singapore Reservations Open Ahead of Late 2026

Reservations are now open for NoMad Hilton Singapore, the brand’s first hotel in Asia Pacific, ahead of a late 2026 opening on Orchard Road. Hotel News Resource reported the booking window on September 17, saying the 173-room hotel is taking reservations through the NoMad Hilton Singapore website while construction finishes at the former Faber House site at Cairnhill.

This is the first time a traveler can actually hold a room, not just read a development announcement. Hilton’s June 28 Asia Pacific release locked the late 2026 opening, the dining concepts, and the Orchard Road address. The new fact is the reservation live date. Anyone planning a Singapore stay in late 2026 or early 2027 should decide now whether this hotel, a known Orchard Road brand, or a later booking is the better hold. Arrival rules are changing too: Deep Arrival’s note on the Singapore Arrival Card moving into MyICA on September 30 is the next process check for the same trip.

At a Glance
  • What changed: Reservations opened September 17 for NoMad Hilton Singapore.

Reservations Are Live Before the Hotel Opens

NoMad’s Singapore hotel has been on the map since Hilton and UOL announced the project. What was missing was a bookable stay. Hotel News Resource, citing NoMad Hotels, said reservations are open now for the late 2026 opening. That is the traveler decision. A brochure is not a reservation. A reservation is a rate, a date, and a cancellation rule.

Hilton has not published a first-night calendar in the notices reviewed here. “Late 2026” still means the second half of the year, not a guaranteed October Saturday. If you need a specific festival week, a conference, or a connecting cruise, wait for a confirmed first-stay date before you treat the booking as locked. If you can be flexible inside the opening season, the current window is how you get in early.

Hilton Honors members who book direct usually get the standard member stack: Wi-Fi, a points-and-money slider, and member rates when those are loaded. Confirm that this property is in the Honors list at checkout. A third-party hold may not carry those benefits, and a pre-opening booking is the wrong place to discover that.

Cancellation language is not in the September 17 brief. Read the rate rules on the booking page before you pay. Pre-opening hotels sometimes use non-refundable construction rates, and sometimes they do not. The public notices do not say which one this is.

The Address Is Orchard Road at Cairnhill

NoMad Hilton Singapore is the redevelopment of the former Faber House at the Cairnhill intersection, minutes from the Central Business District, according to both Hilton and Hotel News Resource. Architecture is by Singapore firm WOHA. Interiors are by Kevin Klein Design. The published design includes a cascading 14-story waterfall and a planted vertical facade across a 10,225-square-meter footprint.

Arrival is not at street level. Guests go to a fifth-level open-air reception with Lù bar, a terrace, and a pool looking over Orchard Road. That matters for luggage, taxis, and anyone arriving with a child or a mobility need. Budget the extra vertical transfer. Do not assume a curb drop at the restaurant door is the check-in door.

Orchard Road is already a packed hotel corridor. NoMad is not inventing the location. It is adding a 19-storey lifestyle hotel with a New York brand overlay onto a site that Singapore travelers already know how to reach by MRT, taxi, or airport transfer. The booking question is whether you want this brand’s rooms and bars, not whether you can find Orchard Road.

The hotel is still a construction site. Photos in this story show Orchard Road, not the finished NoMad facade. Do not treat a street view as proof the waterfall wall is already up. The reservation is for a late 2026 stay, after opening, not for a hard-hat walkthrough.

173 Rooms, Including 25 Suites

Hotel News Resource published the room mix: 173 guest rooms and suites across 12 levels, including 25 suites. Seventy-one of those are 32-square-meter Atelier rooms with living areas and bathtubs. Parlour Suites are listed at 42 square meters. NoMad Suites are listed at 43 square meters, each with living space, a bathtub, and a double-sink bathroom.

Those sizes are hotel-speak for “not a tiny Orchard Road box,” but they are not penthouses. If you need a separate living room for work, the suite categories are the ones that advertise it. If you only need a bed and a tub, the Atelier is the volume room. Ask the booking page which category is actually loaded for your dates. Pre-opening inventories often open in stages.

Hilton’s June release did not repeat the square-meter sheet. It did confirm 173 keys and a 19-storey building. Use Hotel News Resource for the room-type numbers, and Hilton for the opening season and the F&B lineup. If the two ever diverge on a date, the later operator page wins.

Art is part of the pitch. Hotel News Resource said the hotel will show more than 1,860 artworks, with 90 percent by Singapore-based artists, including commissioned pieces, oil on copper, photography, and large bas-relief work. That is a reason to stay if you care about the rooms as galleries. It is not a reason to skip reading the rate rules.

Three Dining Rooms and a Pool Bar

Hilton’s June release is the primary menu map. NoMad Grill is the rooftop chophouse: dry-aged meat over wood fire, a raw bar, seafood, seasonal produce, and tableside service with a New York brasserie overlay. The Tropicana Club sits next to it as a cocktail bar drawing on Havana’s Tropicana Club from 1939 and Singapore’s Tropicana Club from 1968, with live music and DJ sets in the plan.

Sticky Fingers is the street-level concept. By day it serves house-made soft-serve sundaes. By night it becomes a small cocktail bar pairing desserts and drinks. Lù Bar is the poolside fifth-level stop for aperitivo drinks. Hilton named Leo Robitschek as the global bar lead, with Josh Harnden on the global NoMad culinary side and Lorenz Hoja for Singapore.

None of those rooms have a public opening hour yet. A late 2026 hotel opening does not automatically mean the rooftop grill takes walk-ins on night one. If dinner at NoMad Grill is the reason you booked, wait for a restaurant reservation date, or book a room on a flexible rate so you can move if the grill lags the keys.

The F&B list is also how NoMad is selling the hotel to people who are not overnight guests. A traveler staying elsewhere on Orchard Road may still want a Grill or Tropicana table. Those bookings, if they open later, are a separate queue from the room block.

Checks Before You Pay for a First-Season Night

First, confirm the stay dates against “late 2026.” If the booking engine only offers 2027 nights, the hotel is not taking opening-month stays yet, and the September 17 “reservations open” notice means the pipeline is live, not that December is loaded. Second, read cancellation. Third, check whether Hilton Honors points and elite benefits actually attach on that rate.

Fourth, plan the arrival process, not just the hotel. Singapore is moving arrival-card access into MyICA on September 30, 2026. A late 2026 NoMad stay happens after that change. Complete the card in the current channel, then watch the September 30 cutover so you are not filling the old form on the plane.

Fifth, do not confuse this NoMad with the former NoMad Las Vegas, which Hilton’s other notices have already moved off that name. This is a new Singapore building, not a reflag. The London NoMad remains the brand’s other operating hotel in this family.

If the rate looks like a construction teaser, it probably is. Opening-season hotels in this class often start high and then load more dates. A refundable hold is the conservative move until the first-night calendar is public.

Decision Matrix
If you… What to do
Want a late 2026 Orchard Road stay and can be flexible Book now on a refundable rate if one is offered, then watch for the first confirmed night.
Need a specific festival or conference week Wait until the engine shows that week. “Late 2026” is not a date.
Are booking for the rooftop grill, not the bed Hold a flexible room, or wait for restaurant reservations. The grill may lag the keys.
Are using Hilton Honors Book direct and confirm points, elite night credit, and Wi-Fi on the rate before you pay.
Planning Impact

September 17, 2026, is the reservation-open date. The hotel is taking bookings for a late 2026 opening. That is the first time a traveler can hold a room.

Late 2026 is the opening window, not a night. Do not plan a same-week connection until the first stay date is on the booking page.

September 30, 2026, is the Singapore Arrival Card cutover. A NoMad stay after that date should use the MyICA channel, not the old card habit.
