Texas Gulf Coast cruisers just got a seventh homeport brand. The Galveston Wharves Board of Trustees voted unanimously on August 25, 2026, to accept an operating agreement that brings Margaritaville at Sea to Galveston beginning in October 2027.
Weekly Friday sailings are planned from Cruise Terminal 28. According to the Port of Galveston announcement, and confirmed in same-day reporting by the Houston Chronicle, the line will announce its Galveston ship and itineraries at a special port event in September.
