Interstate 81 southbound is reduced to one lane between Exit 19 (Clinton Street and Salina Street) and Exit 18 (Harrison Street and Adams Street) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays from August 3 through Friday, August 14.
