Hersheypark 49.99 Ticket Deal Runs Through Sept 7

A one-day Hersheypark ticket is $49.99 online right now, not the $89.95 front-line price, and it is still valid any public operating day through September 7, 2026.

That is a current checkout price, not a rumor. The useful move is to decide whether the summer any-day ticket is the right product, or whether a cheaper after-4 p.m. ticket or a longer any-day ticket fits the trip better.

At a Glance

  • Compare: The page still shows $89.95 as the regular one-day price.
  • Includes: Three parks in one, Preview Plan hours, Rainy Day Promise.
  • Catch: Online only, plus tax and fees, and non-refundable.

What Hersheypark is selling now

The official Hersheypark tickets page leads with a 1-Day Summer Ticket at $49.99. The same card still prints $89.95 as the comparison price and says visitors can come any day through September 7.

The park advertises that as more than 40 percent off. The math is on the page, not in a press email. The offer is marked online only. Listed prices do not include taxes and fees.

The ticket is sold as one day of Hersheypark Happy with access to three parks in one. The page also lists extra hours through the Preview Plan, the Rainy Day Promise, and free parking on that summer card.

This is not the July $39.99 peak-summer flash that Deep Arrival already covered. That July 22 deadline offer has expired. The $49.99 summer any-day ticket is the live replacement on the current board.

It is also not the Halloween calendar. Hersheypark Halloween still starts September 12. A summer ticket that dies on September 7 does not buy a Halloween night.

What 49.99 actually includes

Every Hersheypark admission ticket includes ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park when you enter the zoo from the bridge inside Hersheypark during posted park hours. The ticket is not valid at the ZooAmerica street entrance as a back door into Hersheypark.

ZooAmerica’s own site currently lists daily activities from May 23 through September 7, the same summer window as the $49.99 ticket. If you want the zoo before Hersheypark opens, you still need a separate ZooAmerica ticket at the zoo admissions building.

The summer card also promises three parks in one. That is Hersheypark plus the on-site water park and ZooAmerica on the same visit, not three separate destination parks across Pennsylvania.

Preview Plan is the extra-hours perk. Guests with any 2026 ticket type may use Hersheypark for free extra hours the night before a full-day visit. The ticket is scanned for that preview. A 1-Day ticket is eligible.

Sweet Start is different. That one-hour early access is for Full Size, King Size, and Giant Size Season Pass holders and for guests of the Official Resorts of Hersheypark from May 21 through September 7. A standalone $49.99 ticket does not become Sweet Start.

The Rainy Day Promise is a weather backstop. If inclement weather closes the majority of major rides for more than 60 minutes, Guest Services can issue a free return voucher valid any public operating day through January 3, 2027.

Ages 3 and up need a ticket. Children 2 and younger are free. Junior tickets are ages 3 to 8. Senior tickets start at 62. Tickets are delivered by email, are non-refundable, and expire on the date printed on the product.

The cheaper and pricier neighbors on the same page

The same official board still sells a Happy Hours ticket at $39.99 for visits after 4 p.m., also valid any public operating day through September 7. That is the cheaper product if you only need an evening.

A 2-Day Summer Ticket is listed at $46 a day for any two days through September 7. Those two days do not have to be consecutive.

A Family 4-Pack is $55 per person, plus parking for one vehicle, and stays valid through January 3. That pack outlasts the September 7 summer window and is the better buy only if four people are actually traveling.

The 1-Day Any Day ticket is $66.99 and runs through January 3, 2027. Pay the extra $17 only if the trip might slip past Labor Day into fall operating days that the $49.99 summer ticket cannot cover.

Military Appreciation tickets start at $29.99 for verified ID.me members. Concert tickets for Hersheypark Stadium still do not include park admission. A separate concert-day park ticket starts at $34.99 online.

Deep Arrival’s Hersheypark planning guide remains the place for hours, height rules, and the park map. The ticket page is only the price board.

Who should buy this week

Priority one is a Pennsylvania or Mid-Atlantic trip that can land on a public operating day between now and September 7. The $49.99 code is the current online summer price, not a coupon you have to hunt.

Priority two is a family that wants Preview Plan the night before and ZooAmerica on the same ticket. That bundle is already on the summer card.

Priority three is anyone comparing this with the expired $39.99 July offer and wondering if a cheaper flash will return. The live board does not promise another $39.99. The $49.99 ticket is what is for sale tonight.

Skip it if the visit is after September 7, if you only need an after-4 p.m. window, or if four tickets plus parking through January 3 is the real itinerary. Those shoppers should use the other cards on the same page.

Also skip it if you already hold a 2026 Season Pass. The $49.99 ticket does not stack on top of a pass you already paid for.

Hersheypark is cashless. Bring a card or mobile wallet, not a plan to pay admission in cash at the gate.

The park’s hours page still lists Hersheypark open daily through September 7, which is why the summer ticket dies on that date. Confirm the calendar for your exact day. Evening hours shrink before the ticket does.

Decision Matrix
If you… What to do
Can visit any day through September 7 Buy the $49.99 online 1-Day Summer Ticket before the price changes.
Only need an evening Use the $39.99 Happy Hours ticket after 4 p.m. instead.
Might visit after September 7 Pay $66.99 for the any-day ticket through January 3, 2027.
Are buying for four people Compare the $55 Family 4-Pack, which lasts through January 3.
Already have a 2026 Season Pass Skip this ticket. It does not add value on top of a pass.
Planning Impact
  • Price: $49.99 online versus $89.95 on the same official card.
  • Deadline: The summer ticket is valid through September 7, 2026.
  • Channel: The offer price is online only, plus tax and fees.
  • Perk: Preview Plan extra hours are available the night before.
  • Limit: Tickets are non-refundable and expire on the printed date.

The $49.99 ticket does not change Hersheypark hours or Halloween dates. It only changes what a one-day summer visit costs if you buy it on the official site before the park moves the number.
