A new paid lounge opens at Tokyo Haneda Airport’s Terminal 2 on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Lounge Us sits on the fourth floor of the domestic departures area, past security near Gate 52, and opens from 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Entry is free for holders of eligible credit cards and costs ¥1,320 for adults without one.
If you fly domestic from Haneda Terminal 2, this gives you a quiet place to wait after security, including for families. It is the first card lounge at Haneda with a dedicated kids’ room, and children aged 4 to 12 pay ¥660, while children 3 and under enter free. Check the eligible cards on the operator’s announcement or at the lounge desk before you rely on free entry, and see the Haneda Airport website for terminal maps.
Terminal 2 is the main Haneda base for All Nippon Airways. Our All Nippon Airways guide covers the airline’s cabins, baggage rules and what to expect on board.

Lounge Us Location, Hours and Prices
Japan Airport Terminal, the company that runs Haneda’s Terminals 1 and 2, announced the lounge on September 25. According to its release, Lounge Us has 63 seats and is on the fourth floor of the Terminal 2 domestic departure gate area near Gate 52. Aviation Wire reported that it is reached by elevator after security screening.
The operator lists general admission at ¥1,320, ¥660 for children aged 4 to 12, and free entry for children 3 and under. Members of partner credit cards enter free. The release does not name the individual cards, so check your card’s lounge benefits or ask at reception.
Kids’ Room, Work Booths and Bar
The lounge has a kids’ room decorated in ocean blue and deep green tones, private booths for laptop work and phone calls, and a bar area that looks out toward the runways. Aviation Wire said it is the first Haneda card lounge to offer these features. Soft drinks are included, while alcoholic drinks cost extra. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The operator describes the concept as a place where guests can spend time being themselves. The exterior design takes its cue from the patterns of sand in shallow water, and the lounge sits on the highest level among Terminal 2’s lounges, according to the operator.
| If you… | What to do |
|---|---|
| Fly domestic from Terminal 2 | Allow time to use it after security. |
| Travel with young children | Try the kids’ room; under 4s are free. |
| Hold a Japanese credit card | Check whether it gives free entry. |
| Fly from Terminal 1 or 3 | This lounge is not on your route. |
Is Lounge Us Worth It?
At ¥1,320, the lounge is priced for a short wait rather than a long stay. It makes most sense if you arrive early, need a quiet desk for a call, or want a calmer space with children before boarding. If you already have airline lounge access through status or a premium ticket, you are unlikely to need it. Business travelers who need to take a call may find the private booths the main draw, since open seating at the gates can be noisy.
Because the lounge is past security in the domestic gate area, it is for travelers departing on domestic flights from Terminal 2. Opening hours end at 9:30 p.m., so late evening passengers should plan around that time.
Terminal 2 is served by the Tokyo Monorail’s Terminal 2 station and by Keikyu’s Haneda Airport Terminal 1 and 2 station, which sits between the two terminals. Security lines can build at morning and evening peaks, so leave enough time to clear them before heading up to the fourth floor.
Other Changes at Haneda This Year
Haneda has seen other changes this year. At Terminal 1, a new North Satellite opened in September alongside a stricter checked bag deadline, as we reported in our story on Haneda’s Terminal 1 North Satellite. Make sure you know which terminal your airline uses before you set off.
Weather can also disrupt Tokyo flights in autumn. Airlines regularly offer free changes when typhoons approach, as in our story on Haneda typhoon waivers. Check your airline’s notices in the days before you fly.
