What SUMMER Bliss actually includes
This is a Grand Hyatt property offer, not a destination-wide Bahamas package and not a World of Hyatt free-night certificate. The official page puts the Book Now path on Hyatt’s Grand Hyatt Baha Mar offer card and prints the code SUMMER on the same block.
Four nights is the floor, not a suggestion. A three-night stay does not earn the 35 percent, the $200 credit, the breakfast pair, or the ESPA discount on this card.
The official language is up to 35 percent. That is a maximum, not a guarantee on every room type or every remaining date.
Do not treat a social screenshot as the rate you will see at checkout. Open the live Hyatt card from the official offers page, apply SUMMER, and read the total for your exact dates.
The $200 is labeled a resort credit, not a prepaid dining voucher and not a cash rebate. The public card does not print which outlets, cabanas, or spa counters accept it, or whether unused credit expires at checkout.
Budget as if the credit is a bonus, not the whole trip’s food plan. Daily breakfast for two is listed as part of the same bundle.
The official page does not name the restaurant or say whether the two covers must be adults. Confirm that line on the Hyatt rate text before you assume a specific venue.
The 15 percent ESPA discount sits on the same official card. Baha Mar’s Grand Hyatt hotel page lists ESPA as the full-service spa on the resort.
That discount is a treatment markdown, not a free spa day. A small official footnote also says kids 5 and under eat free, which is a separate kids-dine policy, not a fifth cash perk.
How the four-night math works
Start with the stay dates, then work backward to the book-by. The travel window runs through September 30, 2026.
If you want four nights that end on September 30, you need a September 26 arrival. If you want four nights that start on August 16, you still have to complete the booking by August 15.
That sequence is the part late planners miss. Saturday is the last booking day on the official card. A traveler who waits until Sunday to compare airfares will find the SUMMER code gone even if September rooms remain on the hotel calendar. A traveler who books a three-night stay on Friday will not pick up this bundle just because September 30 is still open.
If you can add a fourth night without wrecking the airfare, price the four-night SUMMER total against the three-night walk-up rate. The credit and breakfast only attach when the night count clears.
The official page does not say whether the 35 percent grows after four nights. Do not invent a five-night extra discount on this card.
World of Hyatt members can still put a membership number on a paid Grand Hyatt stay. This card does not say it mints a free-night certificate.
Why this window exists now
August 15 through late September is the Bahamas shoulder, after the peak summer rush and before the fall festival calendar. The official stay window ends September 30, which is also before Baha Mar’s own late-October culinary festival.
The Tribune reported on August 11 that Baha Mar expects occupancy from August 15 through mid-October to run 10 to 15 percent ahead of the same stretch last year. Senior vice-president Robert Sands told the paper the period is still slower than peak, but better than 2025.
That independent report does not reprint the SUMMER Bliss terms. It does confirm that the resort is selling into the same late-summer dates the official offer now discounts.
The Tribune also said March occupancy hit 94 percent and that July and August were tracking in the high 80s to low 90s. A dated four-night bundle is a filling tool for the shoulder, not a distress-sale headline.
The same Tribune piece notes The Bahamas still sees far more cruise arrivals than stopover guests. A four-night Grand Hyatt stay is a stopover product, and the official Grand Hyatt page already includes unlimited Baha Bay access for resort guests.
How this card differs from other Baha Mar offers
The official offers page stacks several live cards. Mixing them is how travelers lose the breakfast or book the wrong hotel.
SUMMER Bliss is the Grand Hyatt card with the August 15 book-by, the four-night floor, the 35 percent language, the $200 resort credit, breakfast for two, the ESPA markdown, and the SUMMER code. More Nights, More Savings is a different Grand Hyatt card on the same page.
More Nights books by August 31 and pays a food and beverage credit that steps from $100 at three nights to $250 at six or more. That is not breakfast for two, and it is not the SUMMER code.
SLS Baha Mar still shows a fourth night on the house plus a $250 food and beverage credit for stay dates between May 1 and October 31. Rosewood Baha Mar shows a complimentary fourth night and a daily $100 resort credit on select stays.
Those are other hotels on the same Cable Beach campus. They do not move the Grand Hyatt SUMMER deadline.
If you want Grand Hyatt, Baha Bay access, and the August 15 extras, stay on the SUMMER card. If you want a three-night stay or can wait past Saturday, price More Nights instead.
Who should book before August 15
Book this week if you can stay four nights at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar between now and September 30 and you want the cash-rate extras in one code. The official hotel page lists about 1,800 guest rooms, including 230 suites, six pools, more than 45 restaurants and bars across the resort, and unlimited access to the 15-acre Baha Bay water park.
Book also if you already planned a Nassau stopover and were comparing a three-night stay against a four-night stay. The credit and breakfast only attach at four nights on this card.
Skip it if you cannot stay four nights, if your dates fall after September 30, or if you already committed to SLS or Rosewood. Skip it if you need a named restaurant on the breakfast line in writing and the Hyatt card will not show one.
Late August and September are still Atlantic hurricane months. The official offer does not print a weather waiver, so read Hyatt’s cancellation text on the rate you select.
