Disneyland is emailing a personalized PIN that unlocks a 1-Day Park Hopper ticket for $149, valid from September 10 through December 18, 2026, according to the offer language published September 10 by Disney Tourist Blog. The ticket covers both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure on the same day, with Lightning Lane Multi Pass available as a paid add-on, and it is not a public sale anyone can open in the regular cart.
If that email is in your inbox or spam folder, the traveler decision is whether to spend the PIN on a fall or holiday day that already has a matching park reservation. Pair the date with Disneyland parking prices, lots, and trams before you lock a morning arrival, because the ticket is useless without a reservation for the same park on the same date.
- The offer: A PIN-gated 1-Day Park Hopper for $149, for use September 10 through December 18, 2026.
- Who can buy: Only people who received a personalized, nontransferable PIN by email.
- Limits: Up to 5 tickets per transaction and 3 transactions per PIN, ordered before you arrive.
- Catch: Park reservations for this ticket type are a separate pool and can sell out even when other tickets still have dates.
- What to do: Search spam for a Disney email, then book the ticket and the reservation on the same day.
The PIN Is the Product, Not a Public Checkout Code
Disney Tourist Blog reproduced Disneyland’s offer text, which says the deal is valid only for recipients of an email with a personalized PIN, and that a valid PIN is required to purchase. You cannot share the code as a group coupon. Tickets must be ordered in advance, they are nonrefundable, and they cannot be combined with other ticket discounts. Children younger than 3 do not need a ticket.
The same terms cap you at 5 tickets per checkout and 3 checkouts per PIN. When only one use is left, the PIN freezes for 15 minutes, which is Disney’s way of stopping a last-second scramble. If you are buying for a family, do the math before the first transaction so you do not burn two of the three uses on a miscount.
Dates Cover Halloween Time and Holiday Time
The use window starts September 10, 2026, which is already open, and runs through December 18, 2026. That span includes Halloween Time and the start of Holiday Time at both parks. Disney Tourist Blog notes that this kind of PIN rarely lands on those weeks, which is why a $149 hopper can look cheap next to peak 1-day Park Hopper window pricing even if you still have to pay for Lightning Lane separately.
The blog estimates savings of up to $165 against regular hopper prices, depending on the date you pick. Treat that as a comparison from the reporting, not a guaranteed markdown on every calendar square. Check the live price on Disneyland’s ticket page for your date, then see whether $149 still beats it after you add parking and any Multi Pass.
Reservations for This Ticket Are a Separate, Smaller Pool
To enter either park you still need a theme park reservation plus a valid ticket for the same park on the same date. The offer text is explicit that reservations allocated to this special ticket are limited, can be blocked out, and may be gone even when reservations remain for ordinary tickets. Disney is not required to open leftover general reservations to PIN holders.
That is the trap. A cheap hopper that cannot reserve October 31 or a December Saturday is not a deal. Make the reservation as soon as the ticket is in your account. If the date you want is already closed for this offer type, pick another day inside the September 10 to December 18 window instead of waiting for Disney to restock.
How This Sits Next to Other 2026 Ticket Deals
The $50 kids Park Hopper for ages 3 to 9 ran through September 7, 2026, so that summer kids price is over. California’s usual summer resident hopper did not appear this year, Disney Tourist Blog reports, after a strong winter and spring Southern California offer that Disneyland stopped selling in April when reservations ran out. An Anaheim resident ticket that starts at $71 is a different product, which we covered when Disneyland posted Anaheim resident tickets from $71.
Last year, Disneyland sent a similar PIN on the same September date, but that code covered 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day tickets. This year’s email is 1-day hopper only. If you did not get mail this week, the blog says last year’s codes went out in more than one wave, and some landed in spam. Check old inboxes. The subject line on the sample they saw was “Limited-Time Ticket Offer Inside.”
What to Do If You Have the Email
Use the PIN only if $149 is cheaper than the date you actually want, and only if a matching reservation is still sitting in the special-offer pool. Do not buy in hope of grabbing Halloween or a December Saturday later. After you purchase, add Lightning Lane Multi Pass only if that date’s paid return-line inventory is worth the extra fee for your party size.
If you are building a longer Anaheim stay around one cheap hopper day, keep the rest of the trip on regular tickets or a package rather than forcing every day through this PIN. For a non-park afternoon, our guide to things to do in Anaheim is the closer city page. If no PIN arrived, this is not a public promo code to hunt on a deals forum. Wait for a later wave or use the resident and military offers that are actually published.
| If you… | What to do |
|---|---|
| Found a PIN in email or spam | Buy the $149 hopper only after a park reservation for that ticket type is available on your date. |
| Want Halloween or a December Saturday | Check the special-offer reservation pool first. If it is gone, pick another day through December 18, 2026. |
| Need more than 5 tickets | Plan up to 3 transactions per PIN, and wait out the 15-minute freeze on the last use. |
| Did not get an email | Do not buy a forwarded PIN. Watch for another wave, or use a published resident or military offer instead. |
September 10, 2026 is the first valid date. The hopper can be used starting today if you already have the PIN and a matching reservation.
December 18, 2026 is the last valid date. Unused tickets die with that window. Do not bank them for Christmas week.
The special reservation pool can empty first. Book the reservation the same day you buy, then add Lightning Lane only if the date still needs it.
How much is the Disneyland PIN Park Hopper?
The emailed offer is $149 for a 1-Day Park Hopper, for use from September 10 through December 18, 2026, according to the Disneyland terms published by Disney Tourist Blog.
Can anyone buy the $149 Disneyland Park Hopper?
No. You need a personalized, nontransferable PIN from a Disney email. A forwarded code is not a public coupon.
Do I still need a Disneyland park reservation?
Yes. A ticket and a same-day reservation for the same park are both required, and this offer uses a limited reservation pool that can sell out separately.
Where should I look for the Disneyland PIN email?
