- South Congress and ZilkerAcross the river the city loosens up. Zilker Park, the spring fed pool and the greenbelt trailhead sit along Barton Springs Road, and the shopfronts of South Congress start a few blocks east, close enough to combine a swim and a stroll in one afternoon.
