Can You Bring Magnetic Hooks on a Cruise?
No published rule; widely used. None of the nine major lines we reviewed name magnetic hooks on their prohibited items lists. They are popular for hanging items in metal-walled cabins, but no line publishes an explicit allow rule either.

Before you board
Three calls that matter
None of the nine major lines we reviewed name magnetic hooks on their prohibited items lists. Cabin walls are steel, so hooks stick well.
Bring a small personal set in your carry-on. There is no published quantity limit because no line publishes a rule at all.
Cabins offer limited hanging space, so travelers use magnetic hooks on the metal walls for hats, lanyards, and wet swimwear. Remove them before you leave.
