Room subdivisions and registration points come from your organizer. This directory is not an indoor route or a session assignment.
Start with your event's full room name
Resorts World Las Vegas is a resort meeting venue, not the Las Vegas Convention Center. Its property map lists Magnolia Lounge on Level 1; Blossom Meeting Rooms, Jasmine Ballroom, Lily Meeting Room, Lotus Meeting Rooms, Orchid Meeting Rooms and Rose Meeting Rooms on Level 2; Rose Ballroom, Rose Meeting Room and terrace on Level 3; and Rose Rooftop on Level 6. The operator's meeting floor plans and specs provide separate Level 2, Level 3 and Level 6 diagrams and list a Level 1 entry for The Complex. These are landmarks, not event assignments. Match your full invitation, including any lettered subdivision, with the organizer.
Use two maps for different jobs
Start with the meeting floor plans for the named venue and its surrounding meeting area. Then open the resort's live property map to connect the meeting level with hotel lobbies, elevators and other property landmarks. The downloadable property map PDF is a backup for offline orientation, but a saved PDF or screenshot may age. Neither map tells you where a temporary registration desk, badge pickup, accessible entrance or session room will be for your event. Ask the organizer for those details, and follow current on-site signs if the event setup changes.
Separate parking from rideshare
The resort's parking and arrival FAQ identifies a guest parking garage on Goh Tong Way and a hotel garage on Sammy Davis Jr. Drive. It also locates rideshare on Goh Tong Way near the guest garage, a short walk from the south entrance. Do not assume that a garage, valet stand or hotel driveway is your meeting entrance. Parking rates, exemptions and special-event pricing can change, so recheck the current FAQ and event notice before driving. For an accessible arrival or group vehicle, ask the venue or organizer for the approved drop-off and route rather than extrapolating from a general resort map.
Check Loop and RTC separately
The resort places the Vegas Loop station in The District and says operating hours depend on scheduled LVCC events, with restrictions. The LVCVA's Vegas Loop guide independently lists Resorts World as an off-campus station and distinguishes off-campus pricing from rides within the LVCC campus. Check the service and ticket terms for your travel date; do not count on an always-open or free ride. RTC's current Deuce route lists Resorts World Las Vegas, while its interactive map can show nearby stops and next arrivals. Check current RTC alerts and detours and verify the walk from the actual stop to your event entrance.
Keep the venues distinct
A meeting at Resorts World Las Vegas is not automatically in an LVCC hall, even if the event also uses the convention center. An invitation naming West, North, Central or South Hall belongs with the LVCC campus map, and an invitation naming a Fontainebleau room belongs with that separate resort map. The Las Vegas business travel guide helps with citywide choices after you know the venue. The exterior photographs on this page were taken in 2022 and 2021; they help identify the resort but cannot show today's station, meeting entrance, parking lane or indoor route.
Planning traps
Mistakes to avoid
These are the small decisions that quietly derail an otherwise good plan.
The operator map gives general orientation; the organizer confirms the room, subdivision and registration.
The resort says station hours depend on LVCC events and restrictions; check the actual trip.
The 2022 and 2021 exterior photos are dated context, not current wayfinding.
